The advantages and disadvantages of living in Ho Chi Minh City

Everything has two sides, a good thing and one is not. The life in Ho Chi Minh City is, too. Beside it brings advantages for people, it has disadvantages.
First, the life here can give more jobs than countryside does. In countryside, most people do farming and gardening. There are no many choices for them. in addition, some people do not have field or garden have to wait other person hiring to do something,and of course,it is not stable. In a contrary, it is not too difficult to earn a living in city. Moreover, people who live here also can enjoy a more convenient and perfect services of trade, health and entertainment than in a countryside. On another hand, they can choose products perfectly from supermarket where is not far away from their houses. Also, most best and well-equiped hospitals are located here. So, taking people’s health become better.
However, it is not a heaven. People living here have to suffer from many kinds of pollution. Transportation of vehicles causes not only air pollution but noise pollution as well. Moreover, waste without treatment from factories makes water pollution. Traffic jam is another problem. It not only takes a lot of time to wait but also affect to health of people. Slowly moving on street at rush hours make the urban people have to breathe smokes from vehicles. One more thing, the live here is too busy. Most of people do not enough free time to relax or spend time with their family. They have to work from the early morning and come back home after dawn. Parents and their children do not come to eat lunch together. Because of their schedules, families only spend time together on weekend. As a result, parents can not take good care of for their children.
Although some people said there are a lot of great opportunities in Ho Chi Minh City, the life here is not good for me. I think that a good place to live is a small town with friendly people, a garden and a peaceful life.
